Individual Therapy

Just as it sounds: me and you. Although inevitably issues of relationship may arise, this is time carved out just for you as an individual. I will support and guide you as you work to develop a strong yet flexible sense of self and learn how to navigate the world in new ways.

Couples Therapy

You don’t have to be married to benefit from couples therapy. I do all types of relationship therapy including but not limited to: dating relationships, premarital counseling, open and non-monogamous relationships and more. I work from an emotionally focused therapy lens helping partners break out of rigid and routine patterns so they can create a deeper emotional bond with one another.

family Therapy

I work with parent-child (or caretaker-child), siblings, or entire family systems; however, I am not limited to “traditional” family relationships. I believe family therapy can also include chosen family, friends, roommates, coworkers, etc. In family therapy I will work to ensure that each part of the system feels heard and understood, help uncover the deeper root of the issue at hand, and guide better communication.

group therapy

I often collaborate with other professionals to provide group therapy experiences focused on certain issues. There are multiple benefits to group therapy such as knowing that you are not alone in your struggle, learning from others in the group, widening your support system, and receiving feedback and tools from multiple perspectives. Note: it is often recommended that you be working with an individual therapist in conjunction with group therapy.

I do not have any groups running currently, but check back for more information about the next group.
